Admissions
admissions.seat_matrix
The spreadsheet next to the CRM, deleted. Seats left is never stored — it is your places minus the children admitted minus the seats you are holding open, worked out fresh on every screen — and the reserved buckets do not bleed: RTE, sibling, staff and management places stay promised to their own queue, so a general applicant is refused while a management seat sits empty, and a class you over-admitted says “2 over” rather than a tidy zero. Offers carry a real deadline: accept and the admission bill is raised, decline and the seat goes back, and if nobody answers the offer lapses within the hour and the next family on the waitlist is offered it automatically — one applicant per seat freed. The waitlist is ranked by your own written policy turned into points (sibling, alumni parent, staff ward, distance, entrance band), and every application shows the breakdown, so the answer to “why did that child come first” is a sentence you can read out rather than a number nobody can see inside.
